I booked through alpinresorts.com and was a little nervous in case my plans changed. Turns out I did have to cancel, and the process was straightforward. No endless emails or weird hoops to jump through, which I really appreciated. The refund details were clear enough, although I do think they could make some of the timing a bit more obvious upfront. Still, it made the booking feel a lot less risky, and I’d probably use them again because of that.

"Made finding rentals way too easy"
I used Alpin Resorts for our ski trip, i kind of blame it for making me lazy. It was super easy to find a rental shop right near our hotel, so we didn’t have to drag gear around forever. Pickup was quick, everything was straightforward, and it just took a lot of hassle out of the trip. I’d definitely use it again.

"Worked Fine, Just a Little Beat Up"
The gear was decent overall, I guess nothing too exciting but not terrible either. The skis had some scratches, which I noticed right away, and the boots definitely felt like they’ve been used a fair bit, but they still did the job. I only needed everything for a few days, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Would’ve been nice if it felt a little newer, but it worked fine.

The jacket fit well, but the pants were tighter than I expected based on the size chart. Not a dealbreaker, but yeah, I’d maybe size up if you’re between sizes...

"Solid rental shop with helpful staff"
I had a good experience renting here. The staff helped me out quickly and made sure I had the right skis, which I appreciated. The skis themselves were in good shape and worked fine all day. Pickup took a little longer than I expected, maybe just a few extra minutes, but overall it was a smooth rental.

"Returns were fine, just a little hassle"
Booking was easy and the gear was all ready when I showed up, so that part was totally fine. The only thing was the return felt kind of less convenient than I thought it would be, mostly because I had to double-check the shop hours and all that after being out skiing basically the whole day.
The staff were nice, though, and once I actually got there, dropping everything off was quick enough. So yeah, not a bad experience or anything, just maybe a bit smoother would’ve been nice.

I had a frustrating time with the site, to be honest. It felt confusing to navigate, and everything loaded slowly, so it took way longer than I expected to get anything done.

I booked it earlier this week, and overall it was easy enough to get through. At first, I was a bit confused by a couple of steps, but after a few minutes I figured it out and managed to finish the booking without too much trouble. Not perfect, but it worked fine in the end

I had a small issue with my booking and, yeah, I wasn’t totally sure if it had gone through or not. I reached out to alpinresorts support and they got back to me quickly. They explained everything in a simple way, fixed it for me, and it didn’t feel like one of those copy-paste replies, you know? Just an actual person helping out. Made the whole thing a lot less stressful. I’d definitely use them again.

"Reservation was okay, but not totally smooth"
I booked my ski rental through alpinresorts and, yeah, the reservation did work out in the end. But when we got to the shop, they couldn’t find it right away, so we had to wait around a bit and show the email again. It wasn’t a huge deal, but after traveling it felt a little stressful. The prices were fine, I just kind of wish the booking details were easier for the shop to access at pickup.

"Not worth the price"
It felt too expensive for what was actually included. The booking process was fine, no major issues there, but common sense says if I can find similar services afterward for less, the value just isn’t there. I wouldn’t use it again unless the prices come down.
